Accreditation:

Jessie McPherson Private Hospital is accredited by the Australian Council On Healthcare Standards (ACHS). Accreditation is a formal process that health services participate in to demonstrate that they are providing high quality and safe services based on agreed national standards and processes.

Feedback:

We value all feedback as it is a key component in improving our services and encourage you to complete a ‘Patient feedback form’ which can be found in the bedside compendium.  This information will be treated confidentially.
The hospital also conducts a patient satisfaction survey every year and you may be asked to participate.
If you have any issues involving your stay, whilst in hospital, please ask to speak to the Nurse Unit Manager.

Quality improvement and patient safety:

The hospital places great value on continuous improvement of services and patient safety which is achieved through our Quality Improvement Program.  Information gained from regular audits, indicator monitoring, risk assessments and surveys guide the activities of this program.
